A Link Farm is any group of web sites that all link to every other page of every site in the group or to selected pages. These link farms are normally created by automated programmes and are effectively a form of Spamming or sometimes called Spamexing or Spamdexing. Joining any of these link farms is potentially dangerous path as you simply don't know how the search engines are going to evaluate these links.
